About Us

We are a faith-based initiative committed to nurturing education, fostering community development, and promoting sustainable growth. Guided by compassion and strategic planning, we design impactful programs that combine simplicity, effectiveness, and innovation—transforming lives and communities across Adumasa, Bedaase, and Chiransa.

Our
Story

The PCG Ramseyer Adumasa Aid Project, originally the Adumasa Link Project, began in 1993 when Mrs. Rosemary Curtis and a team of UK missionaries visited Adumasa, Ghana. Moved by the dire circumstance and childhood malnutrition they witnessed, they launched a feeding programme and provided clean drinking water. With support from the Ramseyer Memorial Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana and local administrator Mr. Prince Appiah-Fei, the project soon expanded to building a school and establishing a church in Adumasa.

During later visits, similar needs were identified in the neighbouring communities of Bedaase and Chiransa, both affected by resource-related conflicts. Working with the Ramseyer Memorial Congregation, the project supported peace building efforts and added both communities as beneficiaries.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every child in rural Ghana has access to quality education, regardless of their economic status or physical abilities. We believe that education is the foundation for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating lasting change.

Achieved
Objectives

  • 12 boreholes across the three villages and surrounding areas
  • Rebuilding or constructing all Nursery and Primary Schools in Adumasa and Bedaase
  • Building a primary and nursery blocks in Chiransa
  • New library facility and providing computers to the three schools
  • A feeding programme and kitchen in Chiransa community school
  • Providing financial support to needy and disabled children

A major phase of growth came through a long-term partnership with the Evangelical Association of World Mission (EAWM) in Austria, supported by Rev. Gottfried Fliegenschnee, Rev. Manfred Golda, and Rev. Moritz Stroh. Key initiatives included the Chiransa teachers’ bungalow, a financial support scheme, expansion of the gari production center, and a Ghana–Austria virtual cooking exchange programme in collaboration with Bread for the World (BtfW) and the Global Protestant Education Network (GPEN) in Germany. This longstanding partnership with the EAWM will conclude in December 2025.
